His hands on approach to business ensures he achieves the highest quality and results for our clients time and time again.

Yvette Rademan

Yvette is our Creative Director and heads up our creative team. Yvette ensures that all the great ideas come to fruition. A highly qualified graphic designer with over 20 years international experience in advertising, she has worked on brands such as Ralph Lauren Home, Laura Ashley, Kravet, Sport Group along with local brands like Radisson Resorts, Noosa Civic Shopping Centre, Sunshine Coast Grammar School, Classic Holidays and Alzheimer’s Australia QLD to name a few.

Justin is a digital marketer and creative technologist – a designer, software engineer, strategist, and futurist specialising in utilising new and emerging technology to engage a brand’s customers and generate revenue.

An experienced web developer with over 15 years in the business, Ernesto is an expert at development, client service, support, maintenance and teaching.

As Traffic Manager, Susan ensures Cooper Westwood clients enjoy world class thinking,  service delivery, and outcomes delivered by an engaged, innovative, high performing team on budget and on time. 

Before joining Cooper Westwood Susan was the Traffic Manager for a number of global agencies in a number of different countries. Y&R, Ogilivy & Mather, The Campaign Palace, Leo Burnett, Clemenger and Global Red amongst others.  Whilst engaged by these agencies she initiated a traffic process to enable the agencies to continue to grow whilst sustaining their unique boutique qualities on accounts and ultimately contributing to them dominating both domestic and international awards effectiveness and creative. 

With over 25 years Advertising and Design experience she has worked  with clients such as: Toyota, Subaru, Mazda, Australian Meat & Livestock Association, Gatorade, Bonds, Optus, Westpac, CBA, Visa, Woolworths, Heineken, United Distillers, Lion Nathan, Sanitarium, BHP, Smiths, Campbells, Priceline and many others.
